+ 丁香是產自印尼的丁香樹（syzgium aromaticum）未開的芳香花蕾。如今，在東南亞大部分地區都有種植。 斯里蘭卡是世界三大丁香出口國之一，以其獨特的香氣、風味和色澤而聞名。錫蘭丁香的油脂含量比世界各地市場上的其他品種都要高。口感濃鬱甜美，略帶苦味，使其成為最濃鬱的香料之一。錫蘭丁香富含天然抗氧化劑。 丁香樹的花蕾要在開花前人手採摘，然後在陽光下曝曬3-4天，每朵花蕾都要經過人手採摘。從頭到尾，是一項耗時的工作。這丁香是從斯里蘭卡康提的一個小農場精心挑選，並且是單一產地的丁香。 成份：錫蘭丁香花蕾（整顆） 食用建議：適合搭配任何咖哩。 也非常適合烤肉、或者印度奶茶裡加幾顆錫蘭丁香。 過敏注意：本產品可能含有麩質、堅果、芝麻、大豆和花生。 儲存方法：請存放於陰涼處，避免潮濕和陽光直射。 產地：錫蘭 (斯里蘭卡） Cloves are the aromatic unopened flower bud from a syzgium aromaticum tree which is native to Indonesia. It is now grown in most of the south east Asia. Sri Lanka is one of the top 3 Clove exporters in the world. Famous for its distinct aroma, flavour and colour. Ceylon Cloves are richer in oil than the other varieties in the market from around the world. On the palate, it's strong and sweet with a bit of bitterness making it one of the most intense spices around. Naturally packed with antioxidants and a small pinch could exceed your daily recommendation. It is not an easy process to produce the clove we see. These buds are hand-plucked from trees just before they bloom then hand-picked each and every bud before go under the sun for 3-4 days. It is a time-consuming task from start to finish. We carefully chose our cloves from a small farm in Kandy, Sri Lanka. Our farmers take pride in what they do and they are single origin cloves. Country of origin: Ceylon (Sri Lanka) Ingredients: Ceylon Clove buds (Whole) Suggested use: Goes well with any curry. Also, great when roasting meat. l add a couple in my chai latte.
