送貨服務


買滿$550免費送貨。低於$550需額外加收送貨費$150。訂單確認後,約3-5個工作天安排送貨。

離島客戶不設送貨。

店內到取
欲留貨於店,再行自取,每張訂單不限金額。

簽收貨品 
如沒人簽收而需另外安排送貨 , 我們會另外收取送貨費用。

海外送貨 

運費以重量計算。客戶需繳付運費或其他入口稅或關稅等可能費用。 

退貨及退款 
我們提供貨品質素保證 , 如你對於我們的貨品有不滿 , 請聯絡我們作進一步的安排。如你希望退貨或退款 , 必須在收到貨品後的 2 個工作天內與我們聯絡。並請保留訂單編號或收據及貨品的完整性 , 我們不接受任何損壞或已拆開包裝的貨品 (出產時的損壞除外)。

Delivery Service
Free Delivery for purchase over $550 
For purchase less than $550, additional $150 delivery fee will be charged. Delivery will be arranged 3-5 working days after order is confirmed.

We are not delivering to outlying islands.

Sign for acknowledgement of receipt 
Goods must be signed for at the delivery address. 
If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery when the delivery arrives, an alternative delivery time will be arranged. A re-delivery fee will be charged.

Self Pickup
To reserve goods for self pickup, your purchase has no limit.

Overseas Delivery 
Delivery cost will be charged by weight. Customers are responsible for all the shipment cost and any cost incurred from import tax and custom duties. 

Return and Refund 
If you want to return, replace or refund any item, you should contact us in 2 working days upon receipt of the good. You should keep the order ID or receipt and keep the item in original package and in good condition. We do not accept return and refund if the item is damaged  (except due to manufacturing faults) or the packing is opened.
